Important things
- Write down the order number obtained from "My Account" section (#xxxxxx) or from the email send to you.
- Include the order number on the Direct Deposit statement or write it on the cheque if paid by cheque.
SHIPPING:
Shipping is free within Australia for most of our products, except cellos and double basses. Contact us for more information.
RETURNS:
Merchandise ordered online may be returned within seven (7) days if you are unsatisfied for any reason, subject to the following restrictions: A 3% restocking fee will be deducted from any credit or refund which may be issued.
1. Strings may not be returned once they have been installed on an instrument.
2. Rosin, once used or broken may not be returned unless damaged in shipping.
3. Instruments or bows purchased after the end of a trial period may be returned for credit only (no refund). Instruments or bows purchased outright with no trial may be returned within seven (7) days for refund, less restocking fee.
4. Refunds or credits will only be issued for merchandise returned in excellent, saleable condition.
