International Orders Due to an increasing number of stolen and forged credit cards GUP will no longer accept credit cards from customers outside of Australia and New Zealand. The only way around this is to fax a copy of both sides of your credit card and signature to us. Otherwise we recommend paypal as the easiest and most cost effective method of international payment.
Payment + Prices No items will be shipped until payment is made in full.
Due to external factors altering the price of importing, prices on this website are subject to change without notice,
you will be notified of the final price when GUP contacts you after you place an order. It is advised you wait for your order confirmation from a GUP sales representative before making any payments. GUP reserves the right to withhold any transactions fees GUP inccurs in returning payment. GUP reserves the right to refuse
service to a customer.
Goods + Services Tax All prices listed on the website are excluding Australia's 10%
Goods + Services Tax, this is applied automatically upon purchase for Australian residents only. New Zealand and International shipments have no tax applied by GUP or the Australian government but might be subject to customs duties and taxes upon entry into the customers country.
Shipping GUP cannot be held responsible
once an item is shipped. GUP gaurentees that items are in perfect condition when packaged. Packages are shipped as securely as possible but please note that small plastic parts such as jewel cases can break or shatter in transit. Item prices include standard (non-registered) post within Australia. Postage is NOT included for international deliveries and the automatically quoted invoice price is likely to change based upon your unique order and requirements. Registered post will be used in packages over $100 or upon request GUP takes no responsibility for missing articles although we try to assist as much as possible in the rare occasion of a missing package.

New Items + Stock Levels Due to the unique niche nature of independent and alternative music in Australia stock levels vary greatly from item to item. Maximum wait time for a nonstocked item is approximately 4 weeks. We are rarely notified of record label deletions if the item you have ordered has been deleted we will do our best to inform you as soon as we know.
